Is there a nut welded onto the underside of the floor pan that the bolt threads into?
This should only take 5 minutes per seat to remove provided the bolts aren't badly rusted. Use a 6 point socket the first time to avoid rounding off the bolts. Also having the t-tops out makes it easier to extract the unbolted seats from the car. Good luck.
