Toledo pro bumper? can it be fixed

Default Toledo pro bumper? can it be fixed
does anyone know if a Toledo pro (flexible fiberglass) bumper (bumber if you prefer) can be repaired? all I`m interested in fixing is the bumper, thanks in advance!

Probably easier to get a new front clip, bumper and anything under there.

My understanding of the toledo bumper is that it is made of regular fiberglass with a flex agent and can be repaired using typical fiberglass methods.
