Looks real nice. Getting ready to do my 69 for the first time also. How did the concourse system from Eastwood work out. Any tips for first timers??

I went with HOK paint products...the shimrin2 series of kandy...much better selection of color....Go with the Concours Pro Gun kit....full and detail....about $350 but worth every penny. Don't skimp on equipment to save a buck...it will cost you in the long run....good grade sandpaper, durablocks, ect. Also pay the $80 and get HOK digital paint booth. Hard to visualize your car from a paint chip but the booth will let you apply any color paint they have and review it in all shades of light in 3D, that is how I picked the color. Other than that just sand your azz off and pay attention to detail....I have about 100 hours into the prep and will put another 20-30 in the cut and buff....Good luck and post some pics.

Not a show job but for a first time paint in the garage I don't think it came out too bad. Still got some buffing to do, some little odds and ends, but finally got it back on the road and it does gather a crowd at the gas station.
