Replacing window motor with window stuck up
I am in the middle of replacing my broken window motor on the passenger side of my 1971 Corvette. Since the motor is broken, my window is stuck up and therefore cannot be put it down half way as instructions have told me to do. Is there a way to manually put my window down half way so I can align the regulator hole to put a bolt through to hold regulator?

Are you sure your motor is "broken"? Try applying power and a ground to the motor's 2 terminals and see if it'll work enough to get your window 1/2 way down.
