car won't start
bought a 76 stingray went to start it (NOTHING) took the steering column apart and found the linking between the key cylinder and the ignition switch come undone can't seem to find out how to remove the lower sleeve right below the speedo to gain access to linkage thank you in advance ps i can start the car by pulling the rod but not with the key

You'll have to take the upper end of your steering column apart and find out why the rod has come undone from the lock cylinder.
