Default FINALLY!! Got my 79 back!
Well, it only took 2 years longer than it was suppose to, but the interior is finally done and the car is getting the finishing paint touches now. I had the absolutely worst experience you can imagine with a restoration shop, but I'll go into detail about that in another thread. Below are some pics of the interior and paint before the wet sand and buff. Gonna put some new wheels and tires on it, give the brakes some much needed attention, and finally drive it!!!!

congrats ....

I know all to well being at the mercy of a tech who doesnt do what they said they were gonna do when they said they would do it,

I was so happy to just have my car back that I didnt even go into what all I went through....

It looks great in the pictures. Nice colors! Even though it took way longer than it was suppose to at least you got it back and it looks well done.

I actually had the work done in Louisville KY. I just got it put on a trailer and brought here to NC and got it painted out here. There are a few things I still need to work on, I'm gonna see how much time I can devote to it myself but may need to find a shop as well.
