I can't tell by the pic- but the Hella replaceable buib lights I used- did take some modding to fit the high beam. They look similar as far as the size at the back of the bulb- so you might have to open up the hole a bit-I'd ask.
I am waiting for replaceable LED bulbs to swap out my Halogens.
I think this is a smart mod to do, personally I want to do this and I think it is worth the money, and can save your life. I was coming home last week from a car show about 9 pm and easily "out running" my headlights.
Thanks for posting.
If you scan E-bay they do have some there that require no modification to the buckets...also come with a small ceramic harness extension. I have them and love the extra light output. (only did low-beams)

I would think its tin-plated copper and not aluminum. Its very common for wires to be tin plated to resist corrosion.
When was the last time you bought something on eBay? It's totally "Caveat emptor."
As far as the "ceramic harness" on the left- It(wire) was not magnetic-and when if you tried to use a heat gun for heat shrink- the wire would melt before the heat shrink would reduce. Total crap!!!
Then there is other stuff out there that is "CCA"- or copper coated aluminum wire- doesn't conduct near as well as copper and you bend it a couple times and it breaks.
