Not for me, I' m not a fan of the map pocket on 69+ cars at all.

I'm with you Corey, I do not care for the map pouch / dust collector. This was added because "the public" complained that their was no front glove box. You can tilt a non headrest 68 seat forward and fold it down until it rests flat on the bottom cushion.
These same people complained about the unique "hidden" 68 interior door pull, so they stuck a rubber Camaro interior door handle under the original one, half way through the model year.
To answer a previous reply, the 68 steering column was a carry over from 1967, so that is why the steering wheel is too large, killing your right thigh when you try to get in the car with the stock wheel.
And I will never understand how the first design seat back latch was ever okayed for production. You could not reach the latch to tilt the seat forward!!!
People do not realize that the 68 Corvette was the first modern interior GM car. All other cars of it's era had a metal dash with rubber on it somewhere, and flat card board door panels. 68's had the first soft, molded interior panels.
Lou.

Three different inner door handle designs, hollow back, then solid, then the ribbed ones that appeared for the rest of the C3 run.

The rear window tray in the coupes was one year only (it was about an inch longer) and the latch for the window tray is a tiny tab looking thing.

Center caps on rally wheels were different, and P01 hubcaps for the early 68 hubcap option.

Three different headlight door sizes in 68.

The grill sections were outlined in gray paint along the fins in 68.

The rear fender vent is a dummy in 68s only, it is not cut out and is blacked out instead.

Never any "Stingray" or "Sting Ray" emblems on 68, had em on 67's and 69's but 68 got skipped.

The driver door rear view mirror moved back on 68s and then relocated later in 68.

The T-Top latch handles were rectangular, 68 only.

68 spindles one year only already mentioned... they are NOT the same as 67 down spindles which had 7/16 bolts despite what 95% of the ebayer selling them say. 68 had 1/2" bolts for caliper mount. A real 68 spindle in good shape with 1/2" holes is rather hard to come by actually...

68 door hinges don't have stops, you can swing the door open until you crush the fiberglass outer edge if you swing it hard enough.

68 only radio ***** different, already mentioned...

Forward console covers are different shape and had no screw to hold them in (unless installed by dealer).

Turn signal switch one year only part in 68.

T-top bags were color coded in early-mid 68.

T-top straps were two pieces instead of the "t" shaped strap that came along later.

Seat back release levers had a low and mid position in 68.

Probably more I'll remember later but in general the 68 is in some ways more like the 63-67 C2s than the 69/up C3s that it shares it's body style with. Definitely a transitional year...
