Default Tri Power Lines

I've been chasing a fuel leak at the center carb all Summer and the line fitting to the carb is a bit boogered up so It's time to take the time to fix it correctly.

Has anyone ever ordered from this guy?

Regular steel or stainless?

Stay away from stainless, especially for a multi piece fuel line, like the 3x2 uses. They're almost impossible to get to seal, and difficult to work with. The regular TBW steel ones will last just about forever, especially with the amount of use and weather these cars see.

Good advice. Tried a set of SS at first on the l-71, would not seal. TBW steel lines no problem.

Default Hello,

Leaks like this….. always look really closely at the tubing flange. They like to form hairline cracks that leak ever so slightly. There are lots of cars that burn to the ground because of this. Don't over tighten the connections.

Ive had problems making these fitting seal in the past but then used flare-savers, worked great!

Thanks for all the replies.

Paragon was on a 12 day back order so I ordered the steel lines from Corvette Central.
