Lower ball joint bolts
Question about the direction of the lower ball joint bolts.
Point them out? So the nut is on the outside where you can see it?
Or point them inside so you see the bolt head

Bottom, one of the bolts should have a larger head as it's a turn stop

I installed mine with the nuts inboard.
One of the bolt heads is taller.
I put that one in the front hole.

Hmmm both same size
Both the bolts had the same head size, you can see from first photo.
I have the bolt heads on the outside and the nuts on the inside for now (picture 2)

Need to get the correct bolt with the higher head - it is your turn stop for the wheels - prevents them from turning further.

Not on Corvette. Corvette uses a different stop welded to the rear of the control arm and a raised area on the steering arm. All other cars use the stop bolt in the rear position. On a Corvette the large head bolt needs to be put in the front hole. In the rear hole it interferes with the factory stop.

Those look like the wrong bolts. My Moogs bolts were not that long.

That would make sense as the originals are riveted on.
