Default Lumbar support?

Looking for advice, because of lower back issues I am finding it harder to go more than 50 miles without having to get out and walk around. Without having to install different seats is there anything out there ( padded seat covers w/lumbar support) that works better than others. Something that can be removed easily for shows.
73 conv.
Thanks, John

Check out the Healthy Back Store. great portable options. My favorite is this inflatable (there is a foam pad inside it) one. I use it in the car, airplanes etc. you can let the air out and roll it up and it takes up very little space. You can use it vertically or horizontally and inflate to your comfort.

I have another one made by ObusForme, that is kind of like a S-shaped back board with foam and gel cushioning that really helps support your back for a long drive. I use it in my truck and in my wife's little Honda del Sol.

I have been using the blue inflatable cushion(above post) since 1999. The larger board I got after my back was injured from getting rear-ended in 2007. It looks a little like this one and you can strap it around any chairback or use in the seat or your recliner at home, take it with you in other people's cars too.
