You took that picture of the visor in my car didn't you? Mine looks EXACTLY like that, including the missing lens and broken door. I did cheat a little tho. I found the door in the jack compartment and velcroed it on until i get around to shelling out $125.00 for a new one.

That is the original passenger side visor and vanity mirror, but someone has been playing around with it.
Originally, it had a color keyed, molded plastic door on it, that covered the mirror and lights. That little button in the upper right corner, is the switch for the lights. When the door was closed, it made contact with that switch, turning the lights off. Opening the door, took pressure off the switch, turning the mirror lights on.
The mirror assembly has pins on the back of it, that snap into two plastic retainers in the visor. When installed correctly, the mirror wires shouldn't be so easy to see.
