FLYNAVY did you catch the heavy rain/thunderstorm and hail? The hail hit right around the time we were leaving the show on Wednesday afternoon. Curious if any vehicles outside got damaged.
..I will probably post some SEMA photos either here or in a new thread.

Are there any requirements for admission...? I think I recall that the general public is not allowed in until the last day of the show....(do you need tickets...how much are they $ etc.)

It is not open to the general public. You must register a business that meets certain criteria / be a qualified employee under said business. (check out the website for specifics) As long as you were registered before Oct. 16th, badges for the week were only $25.
Friday is not open to public, but from 3-10pm (going on right now 5:30 PST) they are having a general public after party called "SEMA Ignited" where many of the cars will be driven/displayed outside with various events and displays.
