LOL, I had the same car (Pinto Beach Wagon) with the same CB antenna on the top and I'm from Wisconsin originally. My plates were white with red numbers though. I sold mine to another soldier in Ft Benning, GA though so it would be too much of a coincidence to be mine. Freaked out there for a minute though.
