C3 Track Car
There is this idea of building C3 track cars using aftermarket C3 frames but where a roll cage replaces the OEM "birdcage" subframe.
See, a junk "birdcage" is used as a guide for making the roll cage but the "birdcage" is not included in the car build.
The result is a track-only car that doesn't have swinging doors but really a home-built car can be registered for the street. And also, there's a difference between a home-built car and a modified car.
