Default I need help with trim codes

Just bought my first corvette. It's a 1978. I found the codes on the car and they do not match anything I am finding on the Internet. The ones I found on the car are: "Trim 92 9L Paint" Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Can you post a pic of the trim tag? I have never seen those codes either.

I assume you have a black leather interior 192 and a black body 19. Can you post a picture of the trim tag?

A dash is sideways ( - ). Those are numeric ones on your trim tag.

I have the same on my 78. 192/19

That trim tag (F23) was attached to the body while it went down the line on Thursday Feb 23 1978.

Default Thank you!

Thank you for all of your helpful responses. I am sure I will have many more questions as I rebuild this corvette. I am so glad I found this forum. I have rebuilt numerous cameros but this is my first corvette. Really looking forward to digging in! Any helpful hints or suggestions will be well appreciated. Any opinions on where your favorite place is to get parts will also be helpful.

A February built corvette...check your spare tire rim. Should be a yellow rim!
