Model year?

F22 is the time/build code. Production month F (usually the sixth month of production), 22nd day.

76C is the interior trim color code.

19 is black, beginning with the 77s. L means "lower" or the area beneath the belt line. It means nothing on single color C3s.

If it is for a 78, they started production in September of 77 (letter A) so F would be February 22. This is the date the trim tag was attached to the body.

76c= Saffron (mahogany) cloth/leather.

19= Black

Your interior has been dyed or swapped. Red was code 72C or 72L.
