Default corbeau a4 seats

Hi
I got my A4 seats and I really have a clearance problem. Does anyone have the Corbeau A4 seats with the brackets in their C3 corvette and have head room ?

I think they make some just for the C3's that are shaved. Did you get those?

I hate to say it, but Ive done a lot of research (being 6'6), and I have yet to find a replacement seat option that doesn't loose some head room. Some seats are worse than others, but as far as Ive seen, even those A4s with the shaved bottoms and the corvette brackets sit higher than stock.

Good luck!

I apparently never took very good photos of my seats, installed. I am 6'0 and fit in the car fine with no helmet. Once I add my helmet it is really close to the t-top liner but I do still fit. I recently found that my helmet cracked the liner so it very well may be coming out before next season.

It could just be the angle of the photos but mine do appear to be slightly lower.

If I remember correctly they shave off 1". I'm the only one who drives mine so they are mounted to the floor as far back as they'll go.

Fleming 23

yours do seem to sit lower. I'll check mine out again. I'm wondering if my seats were shaved.

Do you have them on a bracket, or mounted directly to the floor
Thanks Carl
