I need help, for 1 lucky Aussie, i have spent the last 8 months with the amazing help of my brother inlaw getting my 1979 corvette ready for australian roads. Some guys will hang their heads saying, its only a 1979 corvette, nothing special. Well its special to me and with the little bonus that my brother inlaw found today its extra special. Can some1 post a blank build sheet or send me a link where i can work out what all the codes mean on a build sheet? as my 79 still had its build sheet on top of petrol tank, a touch hard to read in some areas, but it has its own build sheet. Bloody Terrific and all the way down here in Australia

They do follow the car don't they! Well here is a blank but not sure how helpful it will be. The codes are of various types and include those familiar quite available and published in various sources described as RPOs or regular production codes.
There also two to three character alphanumeric codes called broadcast codes...some known, many reconcile with mechanical components installed on the vehicle at the factory and called broadcast codes.
Then there are other codes, and numbers of significance that require some study and interpretation others more apparent.
