Picked it up at the swap meet in Englishtown NJ a few years back. They hold it at Raceway Park. Saw one and said I need this. It's a pretty heavy piece made of metal not plastic.
Was a nice day today so I took a run down our other place in Brigantine NJ. Have my 71 there and decided to fire it up today and take it for a quick run. First time this year....nothing like popping the roofs off and going for a run!! First picture is Atlantic City in the background with Harrahs, Borgata, Water Club and Golden Nugget.
What is everyone doing for fuel? Also have any of you experienced the fuel boiling out of the carb?
I took mine out today for a longer drive (10 miles one way) and stopped for 15-30 min and it didn't want to fire up. I pulled the air cleaner lid and fuel was bubbling out of the primary Venturi area. I'm just running the normal thin gasket on the intake between the carb.
JR still need to get driving vid but hard to do in a 4 speed.
