I believe that is Ontario Orange, not Corvette Bronze
Had a '72 LT-1 in Ontario Orange/ Black Leather. It originally belonged to John Cappelletti of Penn State Football fame. Sold it to a guy in St. Louis who was looking for a Ontario Orange Chrome bumper car. The LT-1 and Heisman Trophy Winner ownership were icing on the cake. Only had 49,000 miles on it when I sold it. I often wonder where that car is today. If anybody knows its whereabouts, let me know. Thank you
My 2013 Corvette Black book lists code 991 as Ontario Orange and 993 as Corvette Bronze for 1970. There is no mistaking one for the other, as the 2 colors are distinctly different comparing them side by side. Corvette Bronze was a 1970 only color, whereas Ontario ran from 1970-72.

But come to think of it, I have never seen a Ontario Orange 1970.
