If your radiator has a cap on it than you don't need an overflow tank. Non A/C cars had the tank with an aluminum radiator. A/C cars received the brass radiator with out the tank.
Ok....does it have a rad cap? If so...hose only no tank. You can add one....yes there are aftermarket ones available.....I just put a $10 O'reilleys one on the 76' that left here two weeks ago.....but you may want something that looks better.....
So go to my link above and click on it.....a guy used a 66/67 Impala tank and bracket....there is a picture.
FWIW: If your cooling system is working correctly there is no need for an overflow tank. I can run my 70 L46 on a 100 degree day, with the AC blasting, in stop and go traffic, and the temperature always stays between 180 and 190. Even in the worst driving conditions the car never overheats. When I first bought the car the lack of an overflow tank concerned me, but after checking the complete cooling system to make sure everything was up to par I now have no concerns and the car never pukes.
