That is helpful info, too as it was my impression that they seem better than most dealers. I have bought A LOT of cars and always get a good deal, but they are always NEW cars. So, getting a second opinion on the reputability of a used car dealer is pretty good intel. I appreciate the insight about rejecting the warranty and shipping, too.

I really appreciate all the comments that I have received. This forum is amazing.

I am not saying that particular 71 is a great car but what I know of buyavette is that they will be honest with you in their description. I have a friend that bought a car from them sight unseen (something I do not recommend) and it was exactly as described, maybe better. There are good and bad dealers but I believe these guys are honest. Do your homework and good luck.

I understood what you were saying. And I appreciate the further clarification. I think I learned a lot about this particular car and how to be careful when shopping. And I think your message was, "I'm not advocating this car, I'm just saying to be careful, but buyavette seems fairly reputable." Thanks again.

I agree with everything that was said above. Not knowing where you live. I have another thought. Triple black cars are very warm and this car does not have air conditioning. Summer driving even with top down can get quite warm.
