Virginia is one of several southern states that allow trucks and cars to drive on public roads without a state-issued license plate or without state inspection, if the vehicle is used on a farm. All that is needed is a plate- can be hand written- that says "Farm Use" or "Farm Vehicle". I wonder if I can get away with this. Just my luck I would get a cop without a sense of humor.

 

The cop might have a sense a humor & chuckle as he writes a citation.

 

Just tell the officer that when the harvest is late you use the torque to counter the earths rotation, giving you more time to harvest.

 

If a cop stops you simply explain that you are a farmer. With style.

Just put a hay bale in the rear compartment, and if you get stopped, lift the lid and tell him it`s a hay wagon!
