Default 69 coupe L46 brake problem

Had an interesting experience with Orange Baby today , 1st. drive of the year , running good , looking good , no one on the road early , I noticed my brake peddle getting harder , I pushed in the clutch going down a slight hill and she almost stopped . Make a long story short , the brakes had slowly locked up, soooo , I have Hagerty Plus and a cool guy came and by that time ( 40 min. ) the peddle was normal , brakes not locked and I drove her on to the rolloff and home we went , I thinking the master took a crap , any comments ? ( nothing but great things to say about my Hagerty Plus experience ) Thanks in advance !

Check your rubber brake lines. How old are they? They deteriorate from the inside and will collapse, thus it will not allow the passage of brake fluid fast enough for your needs. Been there, got the t-shirt.........

thanks Dave , they are original , I bought Orange Baby new , my first new car , I've only DOT 5 for the last 35 years , the brakes worked fine after sitting for 35-40 min. , that's why I'm thinking the master clylinder
