Default Transmission problem
My 1982 coupe seems to hang (about 2-4 seconds at high rpm 3500) before shifting 1-2. It just happened all of a sudden. Can I make an adjustment or is this the beginning of a larger problem? Any help would be appreciated.

Open hood, motor off , using your fore finger pull the TV cable out several times and let it snap back in place , road test report back

You will need to remove the air cleaner and look at the throttle linkage there will be a cable that goes down to the transmission , that is the TV cable ..
