C-3 registry and Decoding Vin?/
Where do I find the C-3 registry??
The Vin decoder ask for 17 digits and on my state title there is only 13 digits??

Prolly won't get much from the available VIN decoders out there simply because your car is too old. I went through them all and got nothing. Found more on the C-3 registry about my '68 Coupe than any of the available online sites. Good luck in your research and let us know what you find out!

Good luck. That site is so jacked up it's pathetic. Their help page is no help at all. To show a change ownership of a car previously registered, the help page says to click on links that don't exist. You can't even contact the website administrators to get answers to your questions. However, I'm sure their donation links work.
