1981 radio HELP!

1981 radio HELP!

Newbie to corvettes. Stock radio worked intermittently after I bought the car, now when I turn the radio **** on, the radio doesn't come on and the antenna does not come up. Fuse in the fuse box is good, what do I check now?!
