Interior Door Shell Paint
I am installing new used doors on my 73, the old ones were shot and had been painted numerous times. on the inside of the doors there is a area fwd of the door panels that is visible from inside the car. This area has been painted black before.
My question is: is this supposed to be black in all cases or keyed off the interior color?
My interior is the dark saddle. The exterior of the car is yellow. If I don't paint this area in front of the door panel the yellow will stand out. Just not sure if it should be black or dark saddle.
