Headlights not coming up

Headlights not coming up
So one of the headlights on my 1980 does not go up/down when it's supposed to (when the headlight **** is pulled). One of them goes up correctly and down, but the other will only go down. Could this be a leak in the hoses or something? Is it an easy fix?

Many times the seal (grommet) in the actuator needs to be replaced.
Just follow this how-to and you will be able to find and fix the problem.
