My first Corvette was a "previously enjoyed" 1978 Silver Anniversary coupe. I sold that one decades ago and I have had many other Corvettes since then. At least one from every generation except C4. Today I adopted a 1971 coupe! I hope to enjoy it for many years!
Even though it is in pretty good condition, there are a lot of nits to fix. I plan to pepper you guys with lots of questions, although I can only do a few things at a time.
First on my list to fix are new mufflers. I drove it 2.5 hours from where I bought it to my house and my ears are still ringing! Some people like loud but I want my Vettes to be seen and not heard!
Next on the list is buy an owners manual, etc. There are a lot of switches and ***** and I can't remember what they all go to or do.
So, Hi everybody; I'm back!
