I've got a disassembled '78 that I'm finally almost done putting back together! I've got the clutch here, and I've personally never had it in and I don't know anything about them.
The letters/numbers on the non-flywheel side show PHT 120201 858 ... what is it??
I am dropping in a small block 409 pushing ~500 HP, so really what I'm looking for is;
1) is this a good clutch for my application?
i) if not, does this still have enough life to sell it and what's it worth?
2) even if its pretty good, should I just replace it since it's already out? this would be my other option

What size engine do you have in yours? I'm fairly certain my 400 block has to be externally balanced so I don't think that flywheel would work for me. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/sum-700185
That's what I was going to go with... Any thoughts?
the disc looks good, the pressure plate is trash. See the heat marks on the top? the last thing you want to do is do it twice. aftemarket/race clutch for that size/HP.
