While you can't say definitively that a pad is good strictly by looking at a photo, I imagine that if you went to look at this car, you wouldn't be disappointed. A lot of things I would expect to see on a pad are in evidence here.
Is it real, it's hard to say, especially from a photo, but I will say that it appears to be of the factory configuration. Nothing stands out that would scare me away from it.
