I have a 68 convertible and may need to replace doors will the doors from a 72 fit Thanks Phil

Physically, yes, 72 convertible doors will fit, but 68 doors are one year only due to the thumb button, so you'd lose all that with a swap to a later model door.

My door skins on my 68 were very rough so I replaced them with new ones. I don't know the condition of yours, but I don't think I'd go with the 72 doors either. The push button is one of the things that sets the 68s apart from the rest. You may be able to find good used doors as I've seen some on eBay lately.
