Dip stick removal
I have been struggling to get the dipstick tube out so I can get the headers off. Finally I slid a big socket over the tube then screwed a long 1/4 bolt into the hole. I put a vice grip on the tube just to make sure it was tight. Instant slide hammer. After about a dozen hits it popped loose with no damage.
