Your car may not require an overflow. If you have a copper/brass Harrison radiator will a fill cap, no overflow tank is needed. The radiator fills after removing the cap.

All original 70 454'S had a overflow tank both AC & non AC'S had a tank but were not the same. They were located half way to the firewall on the passenger side on the inner fender.

It has a little bullet tank to fill coolant system and on that tank that is half way on the finder passenger side has a bleed off that pukes coolant every time I rev it up wanted to catch the coolant so not having to check it all the time

If it's puking coolant it's likely over filled and/or the pressure cap needs replacing.
Older cars with expansion expansion tanks (either on the fender or built into the radiator) are NOT designed to be filled all the way to the top of the fill neck like newer vehicles. There needs to be room in the system to allow for the expansion of the coolant as it gets hot. Over fill the system and it will puke because you cannot compress a liquid. There should be @3 inches of air space beneath the fill neck (tank or radiator) to allow for this expansion. If you have that and it still pukes then your cap is not holding pressure.
