Wow! Sounds similar to what I am building, except with an automatic. What was was your peak torque and at what RPM? This will help with choosing a stall converter.
Great results. Probably 30HP more than I got from my 70 LT-1 many years ago. With old-tech and stock heads but more cam. And I raced it many years.
I'd guess yours is in the 420HP at the crank range. Mine was 390. I ran 106mph. I 'd estimate you could run 112+ mph.
ET could be anything from mid 13s to very low 12s. Traction / launch dependent.

20 years ago I put my '69 L-46 on the Dyno and got 383 at the crank. Then I took 300 lbs out of the car!
