Help me find..
Just a shot in the dark here, but I’m looking for an old car of mine. It’s a 1972 Steel Cities Gray “T” top. It was registered in Ohio in Sep 2016. It’s VIN is: 1Z37K2S515799. I was feeling a little nostalgic the other day and thought that I would try and find it. I bought the car in North Kansas City in 1974 and sold it in Enterprise, AL in 1977. I was in Army Flight School at Ft. Rucker at the time. I drove by a used car lot and saw a beautiful blue1976 Corvette for sale. At the time I couldn’t resist. I loved the 1976, but always regretted losing my 1972, my first of 6 Corvettes.
Anyway, if anybody from Ohio knows this car I would love to be put in touch the present owner. Remember, it’s the winter so put the top down and the heater on high!

The car is listed in NMVTIS (google it)
If you pay the fee of $4.95, they will tell you what state the car is currently / last titled in.
Then you start checking the local Corvette clubs in that state.
Is is just leg work...
