Default Can you help me identifying this part?

There is a metallic reinforcement part attached to the fiberglass at the front of the car. It's located between the headlight and the hood, on the underside of the body.

Is that part sold by some of the online stores? Can I get that part from Eckler's corvettes, Willcox, etc?

That picture seems to have another smaller piece of metal, right? Is that a stock part in bad shape or a dirty fix done in the past?

you need a steady hand with the cut off wheel , the glass is thin there .

Certainly looks like it time to replace
