Electronic tach adapter.

When I bought my 72 the tach didn't work. It had the wrong distributor and no cable. The 502 I was putting in also had the wrong distributor.

So I bought one of the electronic conversion kits that corvette central sells.

Any comments on how good it works...

I bought the same electric tach conversion kit for my 69 when I converted to EFI last winter. So far it's been working fine, no problems. I'm off about 200 RPM from what my Holley ECU is reporting, but I think that's because I didn't do a good enough job zeroing out the tach when I first installed it.

I have the electric conversion and I am about 100 rpm high....it is nice and smooth though......no issues......three wire hook up.

Corvette Central is also where I got mine too. Seems to be working very good and a simple installation since my gauges were out anyways!!!
