I just recently replaced mine. I paid 12.50 plus 12.51 shipping (I know). Anyway, here is the description from the invoice "68-82 A frame (Control arm) dust shields w/ pins. And they do in fact supply fastening pins.
I replaced mine on the '77, can't remember which vendor I got them from. The replacements were significantly heavier/thicker than the originals. Made them a little problematic to install. The pins were not quite long enough to get through the shield and inner fender. I wouldn't have used them if originality was important.
