radiator overflow 73 vs 74+up difference?

The PO painted my recovery tank on my '73 350 black 
. Bought a '74 tank , it mounted a little differently but looks stock. I think I just had to use a sleeve over the bolt under the tank it worked fine if that is what you are wondering about.
The sleeve was used as a long spacer.
