No. The Corvette Black Book is published with cooperation from GM, but is not a GM publication. It contains production and option numbers, codes, and historical info for each model year. Revisions come out with each new model year.

Just saw an '82 at Cruze Night. It had the clock radio. And the oil temperature gauge was on the lower right. Mystery solved! Thanks!

On the radio topic, when I bought my 82 it had an aftermarket radio but the guy gave me the original Delco ETR radio. It sat in the garage for a few years then I finally found a guy to rebuild it and add an aux jack to it so I can play music off my phone. Ordered a new instrument bezel and since I was off this week I figured this was a good time to put it in. Dam what a PITA. Took several hours to do and only 1 left over screw. I also had to buy original 8 ohm speakers as the later 4 ohm speakers could damage the old radio, who knew? Wound up costing about 225 bux just to put the old one back and it understandably doesn't sound as good lol,,,,
