I suspect because it is a "supporting vendor" to this site.
I agree with you though..no matter who it is.
Business's/people aren't held accountable..and the consumer/our hobby suffers.
And to address this comment, Supporting Vendors have no more protection from complaints or threads properly placed in the Transaction Feedback section than any other User. Sometimes this fact is completely misunderstood here.
Interference in Vendor sales threads are not allowed, repeating these complaints of course. If anyone has a beef to relate whether it's with a Supporting Vendor or a User with one post, that factual post is always allowed in the Transactions Feedback section.
