Hello,
During a recent move, I lost the keys to my 69 Corvette. The doors are unlocked so I am good there. However, I need a key for the ignition. Any ideas? or simply replace the ignition switch?

You will need a new set of keys and a cylinder eventually but jiggle any extra GM keys you might have and there's a good chance the car will turn on.

Well if it were me I'd just call a locksmith and have them come to my house and cut a new key in less than 5 minutes. Cost $48.00 here in Chattanooga Tn. should be no more than $75.00 anywhere else. Sure beats taking your car apart when you could be doing something you want to do like cutting grass lol.
