Is this the correct way to install the plate before putting the c clip in? I have a 82' and I took pictures of it but for some reason they aren't on my phone anymore 😢. I replaced my ignition cylinder. So now I'm putting it back together and got stuck at this. My wheels are straight.

Two quick questions on the pic I provided does the two spacers and heater hose "mine has that" go on top of the hub or inside that big spring making the spring enclose it? And also too on the lock plate there is a hole. Does the hole go above a screw for the signal cam that's right below the turn signal bracket that connects to the cam?
