This one caught my eye:

Thoughts? Run right down there and buy it?

But is it worth 33 grand? He says numbers match but pics of the engine bay show a lot of after-market stuff, but it sounds like he has the original parts. It's cammed and bored out and hes done some head work and headers, that thing must be pushing 600 horse if it runs right. But does that hurt the long term appreciation?

Looks to be a pretty nice car. Seems like a few thousand dollars worth of work has been recently done. I doubt you could find another matching 427 vert this cheap.

Who can say? Is it worth $33K to you?

Aftermarket bling doesn't necessarily have anything to do with matching numbers. Numbers would be something you will certainly want to check when you see the car. I could live without the Moroso air cleaner, but it's his car.

If it all checks out (numbers, rust, how bad is the paint really?) then this looks like a nice car at a fair price with a bunch of spares included.

I'm a big block 68 coupe owner and I like it
Definitely if the frame and kick panel areas are all solid it is
a nice candidate for purchase.
The extras can be removed as the stock items are there.
If the carb is a 209 suffix its a 1500.00 bump.
You can drive it and return to stock as you go.
Hell man buy it, how many C-3's have clock that still work.
It's an early car as noted by the forward position drivers side mirror and shift boot. The steering wheel is in excellent condition and crack free.
Good luck with it and I hope it is for you.
Keep us updated please.
Marshal
