I just pulled off all four brake calipers. I'm considering rebuilding with stainless steel sleeves. I heard there is someone or company in Florida that provides this service. Can anyone make a suggestion? Any idea of the cost? Also, I have read there is an upgrade to o-ring style calipers from the factory style lip seals. Is this the way to go?
You're not limited to a specific company. Almost all the Corvette vendors carry stainless steel sleeved calipers, usually with exchange of your originals for cores. O-rings are also an option.
Maybe I was not clear. I'm considering getting mine rebuilt and keeping the original. Should I get them rebuilt with o-rings? Any idea of the cost?

We provide complete caliper rebuilding and restoration for all Corvette model parts. Once we receive your Corvette calipers, they are cleaned, bored, stainless steel sleeved and rebuilt using OEM parts. External castings are painted with a GM flat grey primer. Calipers are tested and returned to you 100% ready to bolt on your Corvette.
Lifetime warranty on the stainless steel sleeves; one year warranty on rubber components.
