I've finished a frame swap on my 75 and I've labeled every wire but and bolt except this brown and red wire that go to the alternator and I'm just wondering if they are in the right spots. Brown is on the left and red is on the right.
one wire is 12v hot full time, the other is only hot when your ignition switch is on.
if you have them wrong then your battery will drain overnight...
also , get you one of these, since your wires are 12V sitting so near the alternator case.. which is grounded.. you can fry your harness good and quick.
