C3 Corvette door glass stop
Hi, I have a early '76 Corvette. I had posted a posting about power window issues. Every one was a great help. It turns out that the lower window stops are missing on the front and rear window tracks. Would any body know if the upper window stops are the same as the lower window stops and if they are different. Thank you as always for the help.

Yes, they are the same. I ran into a problem where I was missing the lower rear stop on the passenger side of my '74. Instead of trying to locate one I removed an upper stop and fabricated one myself. Knocked that job out within an hour. Of note, you will need to use a phillips head adjusting screw when installing the lower stops as bolts with captive washers (as are used on the uppers) won't fit through the access/adjusting holes in the inner door structure.
